All the great tips in one place. Don't miss the ones highlighted in yellow. You can download the map to your cell phone and use it while exploring not only Prague, but the entire country:

USE-IT free
This is my favourite map for discovering European cities. It is created by young locals, and you can use it for free. Download this PDF, or you can ask for a nice printed version at these places. It is a great souvenir.

Very honest YouTube channel about Prague and the Czech Republic. Check it out, it's fun! You can start with: How to get from Prague's airport to the city center. You can also get a beautiful printed guide.

Nice printed guide where you can find all the essential information about Prague and feel like a local rather than a tourist.

Prague foodie map – the best restaurants and so much more, in your pocket or on your phone. I recommend checking out their blog and podcast about food as well.

Popular Czech foodie map run by a Czech actor and food blogger, I always find great places to eat there.

Online cultural overview and tickets, clearly divided into categories: Art galleriesMuseumsConcerts and other events

If you are a solo traveler, you can ask us to stay at our place. We used to host Couchsurfing and Airbnb travelers, and we loved that! But since we are quite busy with our work and our little daughter, we don't host often any more. Anyway, feel free to give it a try :) Otherwise, here you can find a few great recommendations:

TurnKey Prague
Individually designed rentals in the heart of Prague offer guests an experience that feels like home – from cozy studios to spacious family apartments. I can warmly recommend them because I know most of the flats perfectly – I take pictures of them.
